Workshop for high school students, February 29, 2024.

Yesterday, we had the great pleasure of hosting this year's high school graduates from the Vocational and General Secondary School Complex in Kartuzy. The atmosphere was incredible, and the students, aware of their interests, divided into two groups to fully take advantage of our workshops.
Physiotherapy workshops:
Through a lecture on the role of massage and self-massage in therapy and preventative health care, participants gained knowledge that will help them understand the secrets of physical health. Through practical exercises in the physiotherapy studio, participants discovered how to perform a simple massage using a variety of techniques and accessories. The workshop was led by Aleksandra Moluszys, M.A., an experienced physiotherapist and lecturer at the WSZ in Gdańsk.
Cosmetic recipe workshops:
During a lecture on various cosmetic forms, production and cosmetic recipes, participants received insight into the world of care and beauty.
Practical exercises in the chemistry lab, led by outstanding cosmetologist Dr. Paulina Bastian, allowed students to create their own ecological cosmetics: a protective lip balm and a hand cream with urea.
After the workshops, the students had the opportunity to visit other specialist laboratories at our University.
