Doctor of Laws, specialist in public health (National Specialist Examination of the Ministry of Health); practitioner and theoretician specializing in human rights, health security, and health in its broadest sense (including medical law, pharmaceutical law, cosmetic law, etc.), as well as intellectual property law. A university teacher with many years of experience, he is a university professor and visiting professor. For many years, he has been involved in the rights of people with disabilities, including as the Rector's Representative for People with Disabilities. He actively participates in the work of associations dealing with issues related to the education of students with disabilities.

He holds numerous administrative positions within the governing bodies and structures of academic institutions, organizing, developing, and co-creating postgraduate programs. He is an expert in projects co-financed by the EU, regional governments, and ministries in the field of cultural and social activities related to public health, healthcare, and the protection of the rights of excluded individuals and minorities. Coordinator and leader of scientific and research programs (university and community). Author of numerous works on health care, the functioning of health care entities, advertising of products that affect human health, human rights and humanitarian law (organizer, lecturer and instructor of humanitarian law). Author of draft laws and parliamentary opinions, advisor to the Vice-Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee for Oncology (9th term of Parliament). Member of, among others, the Gdańsk Scientific Society, the Polish Pharmaceutical Society, and the Polish Legislative Society.
