Rector's Representative for the Quality of Education

She holds a master's degree in biology and a doctorate in social sciences in sociology, with two specializations: organizational sociology and environmental sociology, from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. She also has a distinguished background in research project management. She has built her professional experience through many years of work as a lecturer and trainer. She is also the author of numerous scientific and popular science publications and an organizer and participant in scientific conferences. Furthermore, she has nearly twenty years of professional experience in administrative work at universities, where she has held positions related to, among others, coordinating teaching and research activities of department staff, developing study programs and training programs, implementing EU projects, and closely collaborating with business support institutions. Izabela's research interests are interdisciplinary, as reflected in her doctoral thesis, which covers three scientific disciplines: sociology, management, and environmental protection, and in her teaching work focused on these topics.
