She is a nurse by profession, a graduate of the Medical University of Gdańsk and Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. In 2015, she obtained her PhD in Health Sciences from the Medical University of Gdańsk (MUG-ed). She specializes in surgical and epidemiological nursing. She collaborated with the Department of Infection Prevention and Hospital Infections of the National Institute of Medicine in Warsaw, where she lectured for eight years and also supervised internships in courses for doctors and nurses. For many years, she has collaborated with the Faculty of Health Sciences, MUG-ed as a lecturer. She is the author of publications in scientific journals (Polish and international), monographs, and numerous conference abstracts. She currently serves as Director of Nursing and Care Organization at St. Adalbert's Hospital, part of Copernicus Sp. z o.o., a consultant at the Medical University of Gdańsk (MUG-ed), and as the Provincial Consultant in the Department of Epidemiological Nursing for the Pomeranian Voivodeship.
