This enabled the implementation of appropriate improvements that fully implemented and maintained the practical nature of the studies. Years of practice and the solutions developed during this period are today a testament to our effectiveness.

We invite you to apply for a uniform master's degree program in the field of physiotherapy. With us, you can study full-time or part-time.

„"A healthy mind resides in a healthy body," as the saying goes. Physiotherapy is a field where you learn how to maintain a healthy body, how to treat illnesses, and how to work with the sick and disabled. In our current age, we observe a cult of health and the body, which leads to a growing demand for physiotherapists who, through their skills, help maintain, develop, and restore people's motor skills.

Learning outcomes are focused on both theoretical and practical application of knowledge. Thanks to our well-equipped laboratories and teaching staff, comprised of top specialists, we can provide you with excellent learning conditions. By studying physiotherapy, you will discover the ins and outs of the human body, the course of many diseases, what to do in specific situations, how to deal with the elderly, pregnant women, and children. We will show you what communication with patients looks like, what difficulties can arise, and how to overcome them. You will learn about the ethical issues related to physiotherapy, sensitize you to the principles of maintaining medical records, and familiarize yourself with the principles of establishing and developing your own business.

You'll also gain a wealth of practical skills, including instruction in physical therapy, kinesiotherapy, massage, and manual therapy, as well as other physiotherapy methods. You'll learn how to monitor the effects of physiotherapy and how to select medical devices for specific dysfunctions and patient needs. We'll teach you how to take care of your own health, physical activity, and education, and how to motivate others to do the same.

NICHOLAS DAY ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN

Special guests at classes at the University of Health in Gdańsk.
A physiotherapist encounters patients of various age groups and with a wide variety of problems throughout their career. Therefore, it's crucial to acquire the knowledge and skills to work with individuals with diverse needs.
During a recent class on the adapted motor activity module, students of physiotherapy had the opportunity to work with young patients – beneficiaries of the "Little Hero" Foundation.
The implementation of the classes required considerable creativity and commitment from the future physiotherapists.
This is a wonderful initiative that allowed the youngest to spend time actively, and allowed our students to improve their skills in working with children.
