THE GOAL OF THE PROJECT IS ensuring accessibility for students with disabilities at the University of Health in Gdańsk by implementing organizational changes, increasing architectural and technological accessibility, and improving the competences of 40 university staff, including 25 women, in the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.10.2023.

TASKS:

1. Improving accessibility in the area of organizational structure and procedures;
2. Improving accessibility in the area of architecture and supporting technologies;
3. Improving accessibility in the area of educational support;
4. Disability awareness training.

PLANNED EFFECTS:

1. implementation of solutions to eliminate identified barriers to OzN;
2. implementing changes in the management of the educational process;
3. improving the teaching competences of the WSZ staff;
4. improving the management competences of WSZ employees;
5. improving the competences of WSZ staff in the field of inclusive education;
