Requirements before taking the Diploma Examination:
The text of the thesis must be checked in Uniform Anti-plagiarism System. Supervisors add students' work to the anti-plagiarism system for testing. The student is required to provide the supervisor with a diploma thesis (in doc, docx, odt, pdf or rtf format, not exceeding 20MB) in such time as to be able to submit all required documents no later than 7 days before the scheduled date of the diploma examination, which will also include a General Report generated from the anti-plagiarism system after checking the diploma thesis.
Before submitting a complete set of documents, all grades must be obtained in the Virtual Dean's Office - the last semester must be closed!
In addition, the student must have completed all professional internships specified in the study program!
Submitting documents for diploma examinations takes place only at the Student Service Office, room 200 (the employee only accepts the complete set):
The set of documents includes:
- 3 copies of the thesis:
– 1 hardcover copy for the reviewer (if the reviewer requires it),

- A circulation card confirming settled liabilities towards university offices: payment and scholarship offices, libraries, internship offices – circulation cards are stamped electronically, via the virtual dean's office (you should contact the relevant office (by email) and ask for the circulation card to be stamped in the system - the student service office does not stamp the circulation card),
- Return of the educational process satisfaction survey: – the survey will be made available online using the Microsoft Teams platform on the general channel of the lecture group of a given field of study,
- anti-plagiarism analysis report accepted in the system by the supervisor (general report, approx. 3-4 pages),
