GOALS

1. Description of the wheel

The Student Scientific Club of Emergency Medical Services is a student organization bringing together students of Nursing and other university programs who are interested in gaining practical knowledge in the field of emergency medical services and want to develop their teaching skills by teaching others how to provide assistance in emergencies that threaten health and life.

2. Main issues:

  • Development of Practical Skills in the Field of Emergency Medical Services
  • Development of teaching skills
  • Expanding knowledge in the field of emergency medical services, emergency medicine, intensive care, public health and related fields.

3. Proposed actions:

  • organization of seminars, workshops, conferences.
  • meetings and workshops with experts in emergency medicine and various branches of medical rescue, including from uniformed services, WOPR, and dispatch centers.
  • medical simulations and clinical case studies

Łukasz Wodziński, M.A.
– Emergency medical services and public health specialist. A paramedic working in emergency medical services since 2004. A lecturer at universities in the fields of nursing, physiotherapy, dietetics, cosmetology, physical education, and other fields. A passionate advocate for first aid, he actively conducts courses and training in this field. His dedication primarily focuses on promoting and teaching first aid, which is his lifelong passion.
