Recruitment for first-cycle and long-cycle master's studies

RECRUITMENT DATES

  • for the winter semester (classes from October) – runs from March 15 to September 15*,
  • for the summer semester (classes from March) – lasts from November 15 to February 15.

* Recruitment for a given field of study is conducted until the limit of places set by the Rector is filled or a decision is made to end recruitment for that field.

RECRUITMENT CONDITIONS

First-cycle studies and uniform master's studies

Recruitment is carried out on a first-come, first-served basis; all you need to do is submit a complete set of recruitment documents.
We do not conduct entrance exams.
PLACE IS GUARANTEED BY SUBMISSION COMPLETE REQUIRED RECRUITMENT DOCUMENTS.

We do not verify the subjects chosen by the candidate at the Matura exam or the results achieved.
The exception are the secondary school leaving certificates of candidates admitted to the field of study. nursing and physiotherapy, which are verified in terms of the choice of the biology subject and the result obtained in the secondary school leaving examination.
In the event of failure to take the secondary school leaving examination in biology or failure to obtain the required result, the university sends the candidate, before starting the first semester of studies, to a free additional training course consisting of three modules:

  • anatomy and physiology,
  • genetics,
  • biochemistry.

The course is carried out through educational platform Gdańsk Medical Academy of Applied Sciences.
Access to the platform is provided via email by the Promotion and Recruitment Office.
Admission procedure for students with special needs

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

First-cycle studies

dietetics, cosmetology, nursing, public health

  1. printed and signed recruitment application generated on the part – after prior registration in the system and completing the data
  2. a photocopy of the secondary school leaving certificate made in monochrome (black and white) and the original certificate for inspection or if you are a high school graduate STATEMENT
  3. one recent photo CHECK!
  4. printed confirmation of payment of the recruitment fee (PLN 85)
  5.  medical certificate issued by occupational medicine physician or a doctor authorized to perform preventive examinations with the right to practice the profession in the territory of the Republic of Poland
  6. agreement on the terms of payment for studies (generated from the Virtual Dean's Office system) – in 2 copies
  7. parental/legal guardian consent to undertake studies by a minor candidate
Long-cycle master's studies

physiotherapy, psychology

  1. printed and signed recruitment application generated on the part – after prior registration in the system and completing the data,
  2. a photocopy of the secondary school leaving certificate made in monochrome (black and white) and the original certificate for inspection or if you are a high school graduate STATEMENT,
  3. one recent photo CHECK!
  4. printed confirmation of payment of the recruitment fee (PLN 85),
  5.  medical certificate (physiotherapy, psychology) issued by occupational medicine physician or a physician authorized to perform preventive examinations with the right to practice the profession in the territory of the Republic of Poland,
  6. agreement on the terms of payment for studies (generated from the Virtual Dean’s Office system) – in 2 copies.
  7. parental/legal guardian consent to undertake studies by a minor candidate. 

SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS

Recruitment documents should be submitted in person to the Promotion and Recruitment Office (p. 101/p. 102), i.e.: opening hours
The complete set of recruitment documents can also be sent via traditional mail or courier shipment.

INFORMATION FOR CANDIDATES FOR THE 1ST SEMESTER OF STUDIES IN THE FIELDS OF DIETETICS, PHYSIOTHERAPY, NURSING, PSYCHOLOGY

After obtaining student status, it will be necessary to provide a certificate of no criminal record from the National Criminal Register.
