I'm a cosmetology graduate. Cosmetology is a rapidly developing field, offering graduates the opportunity to develop in many areas. Furthermore, the university's educational offerings, the variety of subjects, and the contributions of its lecturers allow us to practically expand our knowledge and skills, which we can then successfully utilize in our professional lives.
It was a new experience for me; I'd never worked in a kitchen before. The chef's level of knowledge and management was impressive; he kept a cool head when we had to serve about 30 meals almost simultaneously. We talked a lot about the problems of food waste in Poland and around the world, as well as about proper nutrition among Polish people. I didn't expect to learn so much in such a short time, and put it to practical use. I highly recommend it, and if I ever have another restaurant internship, I'll definitely go back.
