Menopause educator

Studies Menopause educator This is Poland's first comprehensive postgraduate program preparing for professional work with women in the perimenopausal period—in the areas of health, education, HR, psychology, coaching, and social communication. This program is for those who want to be part of social change—creating a culture of understanding and respect for women's maturation.

During your studies you will gain knowledge about:

  • holistic approach to the transformation of physical and mental health during menopause,
  • endocrine and medical aspects of menopause,
  • basics of dietetics and the impact of nutrition on the body during this period,
  • psychological mechanisms the impact of menopause on emotions and relationships,
  • reliable sources of information and critical thinking in the context of trends,
  • law and ethics in women's health education.

PURPOSE OF STUDY

The aim of the studies is to prepare specialists who will be able to competently and empathetically:

  • educate about menopause in various environments – professional, educational and social,
  • support women in the process of adapting to biological and emotional changes,
  • build health, education and well-being programs related to menopause,
  • act as ambassadors of change in workplaces and public spaces.
GRADUATE PROFILE

Graduate of studies Menopause educator will be:

  • had interdisciplinary knowledge of the physiology of menopause, psychological, social and professional aspects,
  • was able to educate and discuss menopause in a reliable, empathetic and taboo-free manner,
  • understand the needs of women in the perimenopausal period and know support strategies,
  • be able to design educational and well-being activities in organizations,
  • an ambassador of maturity and balance in women's lives.

Menopause educator can take up professional work in health institutions, non-governmental organizations, companies and independently implement their own educational initiatives.

THE ORIGINATOR OF THE COURSE
TEACHING CLASS LEADER

KINGA FROMLEWICZ, M.A.

A business trainer, management educator, and project manager, she has been working in business for over 20 years, always close to management boards and decision-makers.

A member of the International and European Menopause and Andropause Society, she was the first Polish menopause educator to present the results of her study, "Menopause and Work," at the European Menopause and Andropause Congress in Valencia in May 2025. She completed the Confidence in Menopause course at Newson Health in the UK. She collaborated with the Kulczyk Foundation on the Round Table for Menopause initiative.
A member of the Council for Women in the Labor Market, a consultative and advisory body to the Minister of Family, Labor, and Social Policy, Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk, she trains and supports companies in building an open environment where discussing menopause is no longer taboo. To date, over 1,500 people from Poland and Europe have participated in her workshops, webinars, and employee meetings.

She is also a woman in perimenopause, so she shares her experience in her work. Her opinions on menopause at work have been published in outlets such as Rzeczpospolita, PulsHR, Personnel and Management, HelloZdrowie, Wysokie Obcasy, Gazeta Wyborcza, Puls Biznesu, HR Polska.pl, TVN24+, Fakty TVN, and TVN Style.

Aleksandra Laudańska

An expert in preventative healthcare, medical journalist, and designer of innovative solutions supporting women's health and longevity. Author of the book "Biohacking Menopause: Understand the Change, Accept It, and Live a Long and Healthy Life.".

Creator of the Wolni od Metryki® projects, MAMENO – e-doula menopauzy®, and the Longevity Lifts training program for people over 70. Expert at the Kulczyk Foundation Roundtable on Menopause, participating in the preparation of recommendations for the Ministry of Health contained in the White Paper on Menopause; member of the Council for Women in the Labor Market at the Ministry of Family, Labor, and Social Policy.

A finalist in the Santander W50 global leadership program, she was a TEDxWarsawWomen speaker (her speech, "Every Woman's Power Gate," focused on menopause). For her work, she was nominated for the title of Varsovian of the Year 2025 and recognized in the 50 by 50 plebiscites by "Forbes," "Forbes Women," and "Wysokie Obcasy" magazine's 50 Bold Women. From 2004 to 2011, she co-founded and managed the Good Health Workshop.

Agnieszka Pisz

A designer and user experience researcher with over a decade of experience creating digital products that truly serve people. As co-founder and CEO of Klinika Digna—the first clinic in Poland specializing in menopause—she combines her design expertise with a mission to break taboos and improve the quality of life for menopausal women.

Over the years, she has led projects in various industries, from telemedicine to hospitality and property management, ultimately focusing her energy where design and technology can make the most difference: women's health. At the Digna Clinic, she creates a space where a modern approach to medical care meets a deep understanding of the needs of women going through menopause.

Agnieszka Święcicka-Klama, MD, PhD

A specialist in internal medicine, she is a certified obesity specialist (obesitologist), and certified in the treatment of menopausal changes by the International Menopause Society (IMPART certification). She specializes in the treatment of lifestyle and metabolic diseases such as obesity, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, and atherosclerosis.

She also provides treatment for obesity based on the latest standards. She graduated from the Medical University of Wrocław and gained experience in renowned internal medicine and diabetes clinics. She is the author of scientific papers and a lecturer in clinical dietetics and internal medicine.

Aleksandra Stefaniak, MD, PhD

A dermatology and venereology specialist with certification in the treatment of menopausal symptoms (International Menopause Society – IMPART) and psychodermatology, she is the Medical Director of the Digna Menopause Clinic, combining dermatological expertise with modern methods of supporting women during menopause.

Dr. Stefaniak has extensive experience gained at leading European centers, including Germany and Italy. In 2022, she defended her doctorate with distinction on chronic itching in diabetes, which allowed her to better understand skin problems associated with hormonal imbalances.

Katarzyna Świeca, M.A.

A psychologist and psychotherapist currently undergoing certification. She gained clinical experience at the Psychiatry Center in Katowice, the Mental Health Clinic for Children and Youth in Ruda Slaska, online counseling as part of a UKSW project supporting children, parents, and teachers, and the Family Therapy Center in Krakow. She currently works with adults and adolescents at the Psyche-Med Mental Health Center in Mikołów and the Center for Community Psychological and Psychotherapeutic Care for Children and Youth in Mikołów.

I work primarily within a systemic approach, integrating elements of mentalization-based therapy (MBT), narrative attachment therapy, and emotion-focused therapy (EFT) into my practice. Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team—with psychiatrists, diagnosticians, and other psychotherapists—is a significant asset in my daily work.

She believes that psychotherapy is a process of continuous development, which is why she regularly participates in specialized training and scientific conferences and uses supervision to constantly improve the quality of her work.

Areas of special interest
Neurodiversity in girls and women – specifically, differences in functioning, masking, developmental and social challenges specific to girls and adult women across the neuroatypical spectrum.

The changing roles of women at different stages of life – with particular emphasis on the impact of contemporary socio-cultural changes, growing awareness of women, redefinition of family and professional roles, and experiences related to women's mental well-being.

Dr. Magda Berek-Zamorska

She holds a PhD in social sciences in psychology and holds a Master's degree in psychology from the University of Silesia in Katowice, as well as postgraduate studies in clinical sexology from SWPS University in Katowice. She also holds a teaching qualification and is a certified sex educator.

She continually expands her knowledge and expertise by participating in conferences, training courses, and workshops. She collaborates with schools and other educational institutions in the field of psychoeducation, gender equality, and psychosexual education, conducting lectures, talks, and workshops for children and adolescents, parents, and teaching staff. Her research focuses on the issues of pleasure and the difficulties of experiencing it in the context of healthy sexual functioning.

Dr. Natalia Jainta

A physician specializing in gynecology and obstetrics, she is certified in the treatment of menopausal symptoms (International Menopause Society – IMPART) and has experience in caring for women during the perimenopausal period. A graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, she gained additional qualifications in Spain, Mexico, and Peru. She is a member of the Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians.

 

A certified personal trainer and gym instructor, during consultations she emphasizes the role of physical activity and lifestyle in regulating menopausal symptoms.
