Photograph in accordance with the requirements for issuing identity cards

NOTE: The photo should be the same as the photo uploaded to the Virtual Dean's Office system.

The photo (35 mm x 45 mm) should show the person:
  • without headgear,
  • in a frontal position,
  • without glasses with dark lenses,
  • looking straight ahead with open eyes and face not covered by hair,
  • with a natural facial expression and closed mouth,

and also:

  • be current and clear,
  • be made on a uniform light background,
  • identical and colorful,
  • reproduce natural skin color,
  • cover the image from the top of the head to the top of the shoulders (the face should occupy 70-80% of the photograph).
The photo should be taken on photographic paper. We recommend using matte paper.
