Office for People with Disabilities

The Gdańsk University of Medical Sciences building is located between Pomorska, Subisława, and Pelplińska Streets. A wheelchair ramp is available at the entrance from Subisława Street. This part of the building (ground floor) also features cardiac defibrillators and a disabled toilet (next to the reception desk). Parking for students and staff is available at the entrance from Pelplińska Street. Public transportation is available from Pomorska Street (Subisława 01, 02, and 03). Each floor of the building is accessible by passenger elevator.

The Office for Persons with Disabilities is located on floor -1, room 014. The office is connected to the Library and Reading Room. The Reading Room features three fully equipped workstations for persons with disabilities. Each workstation includes a computer with Speech2Go software, an Ivona Polish narrator, and ZoomText Magnifier with speech, a touchscreen monitor, and a ZoomText keyboard. An OmniReader reading device is also available.
