- It is the student’s responsibility to obtain an entry in the student’s index book and on the student’s periodic achievement card from the academic teacher whose name is placed on the student’s periodic achievement card within the deadlines set by the teacher and published on the university’s website.
- If this obligation is not met, the student is required to contact the academic teacher themselves, for example, via email, to complete the missing entry. The terms and deadlines for completing the missing entry are determined by the academic teacher.
- In justified cases, the Dean of the Faculty may enter the grade into the student's student record book and/or periodic achievement card. To do this, you must attend a consultation with the Dean/Vice-Dean and explain the reason for not obtaining the entry directly to the academic teacher (e.g. e-mail correspondence with an academic teacher).
- If a student fails to complete a semester within the specified time limit due to lack of entries in the student’s index book and on the periodic achievement card, the student may be removed from the student register.
