The University of Health in Gdańsk would like to thank all speakers, exhibitors, guests and participants for their participation in 3rd National Scientific Conference "Holistic Trichology"„, which took place November 25, 2022. at the university headquarters.
The conference was an opportunity to present the most current academic news for trichologists, cosmetologists, doctors, nurses, dietitians and others specialists in the field of holistic trichology. The conference was also addressed to Students, Graduates and all interested parties acquiring knowledge in the field of trichology. Addressing the root cause of scalp dermatoses and excessive hair loss in a holistic approach, based on comprehensive diagnostics and therapy in collaboration with multiple specialists, ensures that such actions bring the most beneficial results in working with trichological patients. Therefore, our The speakers, who are outstanding specialists, were happy to share their proven solutions and practices, such as:also the latest scientific reports in the field of holistic trichology.
The 3rd National Scientific Conference "Holistic Trichology" covered issues such as:
diagnosis and therapy for alopecia or dry skin,
laboratory diagnostics,
trichological dietetics,
psychotrichology,
bioavailability of active ingredients used in trichology and cosmetology,
hair care.
The conference was organised by the University of Health in Gdańsk.

Anna Kołodziejczak, Ph.D., Ph.D. – cosmetologist and lecturer. Graduate of the Medical University of Lodz. In 2017, she defended her doctoral dissertation with distinction. Assistant professor at the Department of Cosmetology and Aesthetic Dermatology, Medical University of Lodz. Scientific editor and main author of the two-volume book "Cosmetology," volume 1 (2019) and volume 2 (2020), published by PZWL Wydawnictwo Lekarskie. Over the course of several years of scientific work, she has authored 20 articles, most of which are published in English-language journals. She combines research, teaching, and practical work with passion and commitment. She conducts classes, lectures, educational workshops, and cosmetology consultations. A practitioner for over a decade, she currently works at Kropla Czasu in Lodz. Privately, she is a happy wife and mother. A lover of travel, camping, and "capturing the moment" with a camera. Besides professional literature, she enjoys reading books on health, child development, and parenting.

Alicja Gondek-Urtnowska – trichologist, court expert, trainer, and practitioner with many years of experience. Dr. Magdalena Górska-Ponikowska, MD, PhD, prof. MUG – andA graduate of the Medical University of Gdańsk (currently the Medical University of Gdańsk, Medical University of Gdańsk). Currently, she is the Head of the Department of Medicinal Chemistry at the Medical University of Gdańsk. She is the Head of the only Laboratory of Cosmetology and Medical Trichology in Poland. She is a Visiting Professor at the University of Stuttgart (Germany) and the IEMEST Institute in Palermo (Italy). She is the author and co-author of scientific and popular science articles, patents, and patent applications in the fields of medicine and cosmetology. She is a specialist in research on the role of nitro-oxidative stress in a number of pathologies, particularly cancers and cutaneous dermatoses. She has supervised doctoral dissertations of physicians, pharmacists, trichologists, and cosmetologists. She is the recipient of numerous awards, including the Sopot Muse in Science, the Person of the Year at the Art of Beauty Prestige Awards, and a scholarship holder of the Minister of Science and Higher Education. To utilize her scientific experience and education in the fight against dermatoses,
and aging of the skin, she has composed her own series of dermocosmetics and professional Skin Science® treatments.

A graduate of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin with a degree in Biotechnology and the University of European Integration in Szczecin with a degree in Practical Trichology. A trainer and instructor with extensive teaching experience. Author of numerous scientific reports and publications. Member of the Polish Trichological Association. Agata Zejfer A graduate of cosmetology at the Poznań University of Medical Sciences and psychology at SWPS University, she lectures at industry congresses and is the author of numerous publications, including the book "Comprehensive Therapy for Skin Problems" (PZWL 2022). She is a pioneer of an interdisciplinary approach to work, which she shares in training courses. Since 2015, she has run a cosmetology practice, where she provides consultations and creates personalized therapies based on thorough interviews and laboratory test results.

M.Sc. Eng. Karolina Czyżowska Trichologist, clinical dietitian, and academic lecturer. Passionate about a broadly defined healthy lifestyle, she finds fulfillment in her work in helping others. She practices a holistic approach in her work with patients, combining knowledge from several fields to provide comprehensive patient support. She specializes in alopecia and scalp conditions, as well as in dietary therapy for autoimmune diseases, digestive disorders, and hormonal disorders. Her work is based on recommendations for targeted supplementation based on research findings.

PhD in health Wioletta Tomaszewicz – cosmetologist, trichologist, trainer, and public health specialist. Assistant professor in the Department of Hygiene, Epidemiology, Ergonomics, and Postgraduate Education at the Collegium Medicum in Bydgoszcz, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Active lecturer at the Bydgoszcz University of Applied Sciences with many years of experience in the field. Academic lecturer and speaker at medical conferences.
She successfully runs a practice providing individual cosmetology and trichology consultations and is the author of national and international publications. Privately, she is the mother of Sara and Igor.
Anna Lewandowska – Master of Science in Biotechnology with specialization in Biotechnology of Cosmetics and Pharmaceuticals. A graduate of the University of Opole.
Since the beginning of 2022, she has been professionally associated with OMNi-BiOTiC® Polska as a specialist in the scientific department.

Julita Gulko-Ziuzia, M.A. – Cosmetologist, Trichologist, and University Teacher. She completed her Master's degree in Cosmetology at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Division of Laboratory Medicine, Medical University of Białystok. She also completed postgraduate studies in Pedagogical Preparation. Her professional career focuses on continuous development and a personalized and holistic approach to each individual's skin problem. In her private life, she is a happy wife and a cat lover, whom she has cared for since childhood.

Prof. Andrzej Przylipiak, MD, PhD – Physician, dermatologist. He obtained his medical degree in 1978 from the Medical University of Białystok. In 1985, he began his academic career by defending his doctorate under the supervision of Professor Włodzimierz Buczko at the Department of Pharmacodynamics. From 1985 to 1997, he conducted research in the field of reproductive neuroendocrinology at the University Gynecological Clinic in Heidelberg. In 1992, he completed his habilitation at the Medical University of Białystok under the supervision of Professor Włodzimierz Buczko. He then worked for many years in Germany as a dermatologist. He trained in liposuction under Dr. Gerhard Sattler, a world-class expert in liposuction. To date, he has performed a total of 2,700 liposuction procedures. In 2010, he became head of the Department of Aesthetic Medicine at the Faculty of Pharmacy at the Medical University of Białystok. In 2019, the President of the Republic of Poland appointed him a professor. He has edited two textbooks on aesthetic medicine. He is a member of the editorial boards of international journals in the field of aesthetic dermatology.

Marcin Piwecki – Industry expert in trichology and the use of modern technologies in aesthetic medicine. Author of numerous articles and the book "HAIR 360. Effective Hair Loss Therapies." Lecturer at the Medical University of Białystok, WSB University in Dabrowa Górnicza, the University of Health in Gdańsk, the Warsaw School of Economics, and Collegium Civitas in Warsaw. Co-owner of an aesthetic medicine clinic in Katowice (Perfect Hair Clinic) and a medical device distribution company.

Dr. Eng. Małgorzata E. Kuśmierczyk – is an assistant professor in the Department of Psychology and Sociology of Health and Public Health at the School of Public Health, Collegium Medicum, University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. He holds a first-degree specialist degree in public health. He lectures in the following subjects: dietetics, nutricosmetics, nutritional education, nutritional prevention, public health, healthy lifestyle, and human hygiene.
Her research interests primarily include health determinants related to food, nutrition, and lifestyle factors, as well as nutricosmetics. She is the co-author and co-executor of projects on the prevention of overweight and obesity, particularly among children and adolescents, and promoting proper nutrition.

Joanna Skrzypczak, M.A. – cosmetologist, trichologist. Hair was a subject that fascinated her since childhood, practicing styling, coloring, and shaping on her aunts and neighbors. After eight years of working in a corporation, she expanded her education to include cosmetic trichology, focusing on hair not only from the outside but also from a holistic perspective. She created the brand Ekspert Kosmetyczny, whose Instagram profile boasts over 125,000 followers, where, as she puts it, "I teach people how to wash their hair," and the term "wild" is used by thousands of Polish women. Her greatest strengths are caring for all skin types, a keen eye, and a keen inquisitiveness. She distributes SIMONE TRICHOLOGY trichological cosmetics.

Daniel Jurkiewicz, M.Sc. Eng. – President and co-owner of ADJ Trading, representative and exclusive distributor in Poland of trichology brands such as AROMASE, MediPRO, and juliArt. He holds a Master's degree in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Production Engineering. He gained professional experience through 20 years of work in international corporations. He is a long-time member of committees and subcommittees shaping the Polish financial market. In his private life, he is a father and husband, passionate about fast motorcycles and fishing. His motto is "Business isn't about making money, it's about delighting customers.".

Joanna Rydzyńska – Hair and scalp care educator, trichologist, and certified makeup artist. She has twenty years of professional experience. Over the years, she has deepened and developed theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of skin and hair care in professional hairdressing, beauty, and trichology salons. She successfully adapts complex trichology and skincare topics to make them clear and useful for salon employees – specialists in their field – and their clients.
