Professional internships

We know how important an asset professional experience is on the job market!
A work experience internship can pave the way for your professional career and show future employers that you actively developed your skills during your studies, gaining your first professional experience in interesting institutions. It's worth showcasing this on your professional CV!

Internships provide the opportunity to learn about the specifics of various job positions. Their main goal is to consolidate knowledge, acquire relevant skills, and develop positive personality traits essential for future work. During your internship, you'll acquire essential materials, including those needed for your thesis!

During your internship, you will become familiar with, among others:

  • a given area of the organization's activity, its structure and daily functioning
  • the scope of tasks of divisions and units in the organization
  • rules of professional secrecy
  • organization of the flow of information and documents
  • principles of cooperation with other employees

And in addition:

  • you will present yourself to a potential employer
  • you will gain valuable professional experience
  • you will learn about the future work environment in a given industry
  • you will gain important contacts in the community

Full-time and part-time students are required to complete an internship.
The place of internship must be consistent with the professional specialization chosen by the student.

Students may be referred by the University for an internship or independently choose the company where they want to complete their internship, provided that the employer signs an agreement with the University.

Cosmetology 1st degree

960 teaching hours (min. 6 months)

Cosmetology II degree

480 teaching hours (min. 3 months)

Dietetics 1st degree

960 teaching hours (min. 6 months)

Dietetics, 2nd degree

480 teaching hours (min. 3 months)

Physiotherapy (uniform M.Sc.)

1,560 teaching hours

Public health 1st degree

960 teaching hours (min. 6 months)

Nursing 1st degree

1,200 teaching hours

Psychology

960 teaching hours (min. 6 months)

Internships are an integral part of the programme, including the study plan, and are planned as classes during the education cycle in individual semesters and as summer internships.
