Rules for using the GAMNS Library
The library test involves providing book reference number, the title of which can be found at the bottom of the page, after the section where you provide basic information, such as your name, email address, student ID, and field of study. The reference number should be found in the library catalog at the following link:

Creating a library account is tantamount to acceptance GAMNS Library Regulations. and the following GDPR consent text:

I declare that I have been informed that providing my data is voluntary. The basis for data processing is my consent. Providing this data is necessary to provide library services. If you consent, we inform you that: The data controller is the Gdańsk Academy of Medical Sciences, located at 7 Pelplińska Street (80-335). Your data will be processed for the purpose of administering your library account. The recipient of the data may be an entity providing IT support for the library program. Personal data will be stored by the Controller until your library account is deleted. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, or restrict its processing. You also have the right to obtain a copy of your data and to transfer it, to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes, or to the profiling of your personal data by the Controller. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding personal data protection if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates personal data protection regulations or, from 25 May 2018, the GDPR. Providing your data is not a statutory requirement.
In the following short test you have to find a randomly selected book in library catalog and provide the reference number of one of its copies. The reference number is usually a four- or five-digit catalog number that the librarian uses to locate the indicated item in the inventory.
