Koruga Massage
Enter the world of tradition, harmony and natural rejuvenation with our intensive two-day training in Koruga massage.
Gain the knowledge and skills that will allow you to professionally care for your clients' facial beauty, improve their well-being, and build a unique offering of proven services. Korugi massage is a Korean facial care ritual developed based on traditional therapeutic methods. It relies on natural regenerative processes, resulting in a rejuvenated, radiant, and fresh face.
As part of the training, each participant will also have the opportunity to learn the anatomy of facial muscles, understand the functioning of the lymphatic system, and gain knowledge of basic health and safety rules, combining massage with other treatments, as well as any contraindications to its performance.
The course consists of a theoretical part and a practical part, in which participants practice directly on themselves all the massage techniques necessary to properly perform the treatment and achieve the desired effect.
After completing the training, graduates will be able to independently perform facelift therapy using the techniques learned, ensuring complete client satisfaction and spectacular facial results. The program includes:
THEORETICAL PART
Theory, anatomy and introduction to massage methodology
1. Introduction to Koruga's Massage Philosophy:
– history of the method and its evolution in the context of aesthetic medicine
– discussion of indications and contraindications – or how to perform the procedure safely
– detailed massage scheme: preparation stages, proper execution of the treatment and final care
2. Anatomy and physiology of the face:
– discussion of muscles, bones and fat tissue responsible for a youthful appearance
– understanding the mechanisms of aging
PRACTICAL PART – work in pairs
– diagnosis and analysis of individual customer needs
– learning individual massage techniques
– improving the skills of precise movements, appropriate pressure and work on the tissue
This unique course is open to all interested individuals – no additional qualifications are required to participate. During the training, you will gain the knowledge and practical skills necessary to perform Koruga massage with complete awareness and professionalism. You will learn techniques that improve skin condition, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, and have a lifting and relaxing effect. This is an excellent opportunity to acquire new skills that combine beauty, health, and conscious bodywork.

Żaneta Gałecka-Szczerba, M.A. Physiotherapist, graduate of the University of Physical Education in Warsaw, and long-time lecturer at the Gdańsk Medical Academy of Applied Sciences. She has extensive professional experience gained during many years of practice at rehabilitation centers such as the Carolina Medical Center Rehabilitation Hospital in Dzierżążno and the Nadmorskie Medical Center. She specializes in physical therapy, particularly shockwave therapy, authoring scientific studies analyzing the effectiveness of shockwave therapy in pain management.
