Individual movement pattern in the treatment of disorders and ailments of the spine and limbs

A course aimed at people working with the body.
Looking at body function in the so-called Individual Movement Pattern allows for preventive action in the event of injuries/injuries in professional and recreational sports, professional work, as well as corrective action in the case of reversible disorders and ailments.

Course program

  1. The Concept of Individual Movement Pattern.
  2. Muscle-joint balance/imbalance state.
  3. Analysis of kinematic chains in diagnosis and therapy (domino principle).
  4. Restoring muscle and joint balance based on selected physiotherapy methods.
  5. Reversible and irreversible dysfunctions, congenital and acquired defects of the musculoskeletal system.
  6. Functional assessment in ergonomics based on the Individual Movement Pattern and the Work Well taxonomy.

Recruitment

Recruitment is carried out on a first-come, first-served basis.
We consider registration to be the submission/sending of the required documents and payment of the training fee.

Required documents

1. completed application form (available at the Promotion and Recruitment Office and at page)
2. confirmation of payment for the training

The documents should be submitted immediately to the Promotion and Recruitment Office, room 101, or sent as a scan to the following address: rekrutacja@wsz.pl . The training will commence only if a minimum of 10 people register and pay the fee.

Payment for training should be made to university account.
