Facial Yoga – Online Course

Facial yoga This term is gaining popularity in Western countries. It is understood differently and sometimes not fully applied. The term yoga itself refers to a variety of practices originating in India, which in the West are often reduced to physical exercises. The same applies to facial yoga, which is sometimes perceived solely as a set of specific facial movements aimed at improving appearance. But what exactly is facial yoga? Broadly speaking, it is a set of techniques aimed at improving a person's appearance and overall well-being.

This course presents a comprehensive approach to facial yoga – from Indian facial diagnostics, through exercises, to muscle relaxation techniques and general relaxation. Combining all of these techniques guarantees incredible health results. The course is designed for anyone who wants to improve their appearance and health in a natural and holistic way. It is also intended for professionals working in industries such as cosmetology or others related to the broadly defined service of improving human health and appearance. The course offers an extremely useful tool in these professions. Above all, the specialist expands their diagnostic knowledge with the basics of face reading, used in India. This can prove very helpful, especially in cosmetology. They will also learn several Indian facial and body revitalization techniques (massage, breathing exercises during the treatment), which will enrich their offer with holistic techniques, which are currently highly sought after. Knowledge of exercises designed to both improve the overall appearance of the face and to address specific issues a patient may be struggling with will also be crucial. A specialist can therefore professionally instruct their client on the recommended home practices to maintain the effects of the therapy provided in the office and achieve long-term improvements in appearance and health. This type of personalized approach effectively builds a rapport with the client, who is more likely to return to such a specialist.

Our course is online, but conducted live. When learning facial yoga, direct contact with the instructor is crucial, as they can promptly correct errors in the exercises, which can backfire and lead to new wrinkles. Participants also have the opportunity to ask the instructor questions and have any doubts addressed immediately. Our course is the only one of its kind that offers such a broad approach to facial yoga.

The instructor, Professor Dorota Kamińska-Jones, combines a deep knowledge of Indian culture and Ayurveda with a cosmetology education and practical approach. She is the only specialist of her kind in Poland. If you want to deepen your knowledge and understand the holistic concepts of facial yoga, expand your knowledge, and enhance your professional skills, be sure to enroll in our course and receive a certificate issued by the University of Health, a renowned university specializing in health sciences.
