Eyelash extension and thickening course

Course EYELASH EXTENSIONS AND THICKENING 1:1.
The Gdańsk Medical University of Applied Sciences invites you to participate in an eyelash extension and thickening course. During the course, you will learn how to apply eyelash extensions using a 1:1 method, which aims to achieve a natural-looking effect of lengthening, thickening, and curling. You will learn techniques for applying, styling, filling, and removing eyelashes. The program is designed to be top-notch for those who want to improve their skills. During the training, you will be provided with a fully equipped workstation. Upon completion, you will receive: eyelash extension tweezers, eyelash separation tweezers, a jade stone for glue, an eyelash cleansing brush, and an eyelash drying pump.

Professional Knowledge: The course is led by a specialist with many years of experience in styling, but also with didactic preparation to conduct classes.     
Practical Skills: During the course, you will gain not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills that will allow you to perform eyelash treatments effectively and safely.  
Safety: Courses also focus on safety aspects such as hygiene, products used and allergic reactions.  
Participation in the course is confirmed by the issuance of a certificate. 

Course program

Theoretical part

  •  health and safety during the procedure
  • contraindications to the procedure
  • tools used during eyelash extensions
  • types of eyelashes and division according to thickness, length and degree of curl
  • natural eyelashes – hair growth cycle
  • post-treatment care

The course program may be changed depending on the needs and capabilities of the participants.

Practical part

  • eye modeling – selecting the appropriate styling for the client's eye shape
  • eyelash application techniques
  • eyelash removal techniques
  • eyelash refill and correction

Please note: A model is required for the practical portion of the course. Participants are asked to bring their own model.

The course price includes products, cosmetics and tools necessary for practical learning, including:
– eyelashes of different lengths
– microbrushes 
– preparations for disinfecting skin and equipment       
– eye creams
– micellar fluids
– other cosmetic accessories

Leading

Paulina Kulbińska, M.A. A cosmetologist and practitioner with many years of professional experience, she owns a beauty salon. She is a lecturer at the Gdańsk Academy of Applied Medical Sciences, where she teaches beauty cosmetology and aesthetics. She won a competition organized by the then-leading brand Secret Lashes for the best volume lashes. She also gained experience as an eyelash stylist during photo shoots, styling models.

Recruitment is carried out on a first-come, first-served basis.
We consider registration to be the submission/sending of the required documents and payment of the training fee.

1. completed application form (available at the Promotion and Recruitment Office and at page)
Payment for training should be made to university account.

. The training will commence only if a minimum of 8 people register and pay the fee.
