ABC Menopauzy

ABC menopauzy to jednodniowe szkolenie oparte na wiedzy medycznej i realnym doświadczeniu kobiet. Menopauza to nie tylko „koniec miesiączki”, to złożony proces, który wpływa na ciało, emocje, sposób myślenia i funkcjonowanie w pracy. A mimo to wciąż jest pełen mitów, niedopowiedzeń i… samotności. To szkolenie daje Ci rzetelną, opartą na EBM wiedzę o tym, co naprawdę dzieje się w okresie okołomenopauzalnym oraz pomaga zrozumieć własne objawy i dostępne formy wsparcia.
Dowiesz się:  
-jak zmienia się kobiece ciało i hormony  
-które objawy są typowe, a które wymagają diagnostyki
-jakie są realne opcje leczenia i wsparcia
-jak menopauza wpływa na pracę i codzienne funkcjonowanie.
Ale to nie tylko wiedza .To także przestrzeń do rozmowy o tym, jak mówić o menopauzie z bliskimi, w pracy i… ze sobą samą.

Registration

Recruitment is carried out on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration is considered to be the submission/sending of the required documents and payment of the training fee no later than 5 business days before the course date.  

Required documents

1. completed application form (available at the Promotion and Recruitment Office and at page)
The documents should be submitted immediately to the Promotion and Recruitment Office, room 101, or sent as a scan to the following address: kursy@gamns.edu.pl 
The condition for launching the training is the registration and payment of a minimum of 16 people.
