ALEKSANDRA SZEWCZYK

A business trainer, coach, career advisor, and academic lecturer, she graduated in Scandinavian Studies from the University of Gdańsk and is fluent in Norwegian. She completed postgraduate studies in coaching and psychology at SWPS University, the Merito Coaching Academy, Communication, and Media Image Creation at WSB University, and a doctoral program at the University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Management, where she is writing her dissertation and conducting research on the development of future competencies in contemporary career management. She graduated from the Meritum Coaching School at the ICF PCC level and holds an ICF ACC coaching certificate. She specializes in soft skills development, public speaking, coaching, the art of self-presentation, career and stress management, communication, and creative problem-solving, and conducts workshops for young people. She provides training and coaching for companies, institutions, and healthcare providers, as well as career counseling for individual clients. For many years, she collaborated with IKEA in Poland, leading workshops on Scandinavian design and workshops as part of Gdynia Design Days. Author and co-author of numerous scientific publications in the Coaching Review journal and speaker at international scientific conferences at the Kozminski University in Warsaw and the Gdańsk University of Technology.
