VI Autumn meetings with health

Autumn Health Meetings is a periodically held conference that has become a permanent part of the tradition of the University of Health in Gdańsk. This year's event was organized under the slogan „"Prevention as the key to balance and health"”.

As every year, in addition to expert meetings, accompanying events were planned, aimed at promoting and promoting health. Therefore, during the upcoming Autumn Health Meetings, we encouraged event participants to take advantage of the opportunity to get vaccinated against COVID-19.
The vaccination was performed with the Pfizer vaccine. 💉
The vaccination campaign was organized in cooperation with Copernicus Podmiot Leczniczy Sp. z o. o.
 

The following experts were invited to participate in the event:

✨Anna Szymborska, M.A. A specialist in psychodietetics and dietetics for insulin resistance, type II diabetes, and thyroid disease. Co-author of the "Project XXL" program, dedicated to individuals with significant overweight, in which clients receive comprehensive psychological, dietary, and coaching support on their journey to their desired weight. Owner of a psychodietetics practice and organizer of a series of conferences on psychodietetics. A lecturer at the University of Health in Gdańsk since 2014. For years, she has been helping overweight and obese individuals, addressing the specific needs of each individual. She comprehensively combines psychology and dietetics to ensure that the journey to a healthy life is enjoyable and, above all, effective. Her exceptional sensitivity and empathy allow her to build exceptional relationships with clients, based on trust, cooperation, and understanding.

 
 
✨Aleksandra Cieloszczyk, M.A. – For several years, she worked in various hospital departments, including surgical, internal medicine, and intensive care units, and in 2020 also in the COVID ward. In 2020, she authored official guidelines and conducted training on physiotherapy for patients with COVID-19. Since 2019, she has been consulting with patients with respiratory disorders, including those with COVID-19. She also cares for neurological, surgical, and craniocerebral trauma patients on a daily basis. She is a teaching fellow at the University of Health in Gdańsk.
 
✨Agnieszka Hubeny-Żukowska – Garden designer, traveler, journalist, and artist. Lecturer at the Gdańsk Academy of Fine Arts. Author of nearly 300 garden designs in Poland and abroad. Graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, Horticulture at the Poznań University of Life Sciences, and Professional Horticulture and Garden Design in the UK. She gained knowledge and experience in Poland, Great Britain and the USA. He conducts lectures and training in the field of garden design and maintenance. She has won numerous international awards, including those in Milan and Los Angeles. She was recognized for her lifetime achievement by the American Architecture Prize in New York. Author of over 150 articles, she collaborates with numerous magazines, sharing her knowledge, and publishing her texts and photos, including those from garden projects and global gardening events. Her writing appears in both print and online publications. Her garden projects have been featured on numerous television programs. A member of the Polish Garden Association, the International Design Club, and the International Association of Designers, she has served on the international jury of the A' Design Award & Competition in Milan since 2018. She has collaborated with the Garden Art Studio for over 20 years.
 
✨Dominika Hamziuk – a renowned make-up artist who gained her experience by working on fashion shows, television programs and photoshoots for famous magazines. In his professional career he can boast of positions such as:
-many years of cooperation with fashion magazines in the field of makeup, e.g. Trendy Magazine, Flash Magazine, Twój Styl, Take Me
- ongoing collaboration with leading agencies in the creation of films, commercials, and concerts, including advertising for Vichy and Biotaniqe cosmetics
- participation in the make-up during the creation of the film "In the Bedroom" by Tomasz Wasilewski
-working for MTV on the production of the program "My Sweet Sexteen"„
-work at fashion shows in Vienna "Design in Poland"„
- position of chief make-up artist at the Polish edition of Fashion Days and cooperation during the organization of Fashion Weekend, where she was responsible for the make-up for the collections of Maciej Zień, Ewa Minge, the Paprocki-Brzozowski duo, and Łukasz Jemioł, among others.
In addition, she was a finalist in Make-up Masters 2011 and a multiple-time participant in Sephora University. For many years, she also served as one of the main makeup artists for Sephora. She is currently a lecturer at the University of Health in Gdańsk.
