Webinar – Matura and what next?

During the webinar, factors taken into account when planning further education and educational opportunities were identified, with particular attention paid to the following fields: cosmetology, physiotherapy, and dietetics, which can be studied at the University of Health in Gdańsk, as a response to the needs of the labor market.

 

The event was hosted by Ms. Ewa Ksepka, A career counselor with extensive experience working with youth and adults. A business coach accredited by Noble Manhattan Coaching (NMC) and the International Institute of Coaching (IIC), she is a graduate of Liliana Kupaj's coaching school, certified by the International Association of Coaching Institutes (ICI). She is also a psychosocial skills workshop trainer and a business trainer certified by the Gdańsk Academy of Managerial Skills. She also completed the first-degree TSR training in parent coaching.

Since 2004, he has been a trainer collaborating with private companies and national educational institutions on projects in the field of career counseling, social skills workshops, and broadly defined personal development. He has co-organized numerous initiatives for young people supporting their professional development and has presented at conferences on career counseling.
