By candlelight and accompanied by Indian music, we listened to stories of extraordinary journeys, culture, inspiring women, and their beauty rituals. We were introduced to the world of "holistic cosmetology" and the mysteries of Ayurveda by Professor Dorota Kamińska-Jones, an expert in Indian culture, an Ayurvedic cosmetologist certified in India, a Facial Yoga instructor certified in the UK, a specialist in holistic and integrative facial therapies, an author of scientific publications in this field, and a practicing cosmetologist. The meeting brought together a group of women interested in this topic within the walls of the University of Health in Gdańsk. The joint celebration of Women's Day concluded with sweet refreshments and inspiring conversations with our guest.
